Online Marketing Intern
Location: Fully remote (home office)
Hours: 32–40 hours per week
Start date: Immediate
Internship compensation: Market-based
DCD is looking for a motivated intern who wants to contribute to online marketing activities and learn how digital campaigns and strategies can be optimized using data. During this internship you will work closely with the Online Manager and gain hands-on experience with different aspects of online marketing.
What will you do?
You will support various online marketing activities, including:
- Helping set up, manage and optimize online campaigns such as Google Ads
- Supporting SEO activities, including content optimization and link building
- Analyzing marketing data and campaign performance
- Working with location-based marketing and GEO targeting
- Thinking along about new marketing ideas and improvements
What will you learn?
This internship focuses not only on practical marketing tasks but also on learning how to apply a data-driven optimization process.
You will learn to work according to a marketing cycle that includes:
- Analyzing the current situation using campaign and performance data
- Developing improvements or new campaign approaches
- Measuring and evaluating results
- Optimizing campaigns and strategies based on insights and learnings
This approach helps you understand how marketing performance can be continuously improved through structured analysis and experimentation.

Internship period
The internship can start immediately. The duration of the internship will be determined in consultation and can be arranged flexibly depending on mutual expectations and progress.
The internship starts with a trial period. Both the intern and DCD may decide to end the internship earlier if this better fits the situation.
